At The Beauty Studio, we believe in transparency and open communication. That’s why we’d like to take a moment to explain our updated cancellation policy.
While we always hope cancellations won’t be necessary, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. However, having a clear policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and ensure our time and resources are used efficiently.
To help reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations, a 50% deposit is now required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the cost of your treatment on the day.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and your deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment, or on the day of the appointment, will be charged 100% of the service fee.
As a small business, we value your ongoing support and appreciate your understanding. By notifying us early, you help us offer the appointment to someone on our waitlist and allow our team to manage their time effectively.
We understand that life happens, and we always aim to be fair and compassionate where possible. Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure respect and consideration for both our clients and our team.
